There is currently a vacancy for a Scheduler within the Estate Services Section. About the job The main function of the role is to be responsible for the provision of a high quality and effective scheduling of the Estate management service, undertaking and coordinating all aspects of work in the issuing of jobs to operatives. This role acts as a single point of contact for the officers, managers, supervisors and operatives for queries and issues. What We Are Looking For From You Essential requirements are experience managing and responding to work needs over the short and medium term to ensure that the resources are used efficiently and experience of working with customers to ensure service objectives are met in providing an excellent customer service. The roles also requires the post holder to provide advice and guidance to all affected parties on any changes in the planned or reactive work scheduled. You should also have the ability to work as part of a team, be able to follow complex procedures and have good communication skills.
