The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the business, developing financial strategies and plans, providing financial reports, analysing financial data, and making informed financial decisions. As the Finance Manager, you must be highly detail-oriented and organised. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills to interact with the administrative team and work with other departments when needed. The Role: Manage all financial aspects of day-to-day processes, for example sales ledger, purchase ledger, payroll and credit control. Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts within reporting deadlines. Manage the day-to-day financial activities. Provide regular financial reports to the management team, including revenue and expense reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets. Prepare year end accounts and liaise with auditors. Monitor cash flow and predict future trends and financial needs. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals. The Person: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication, report-writing, and presentation skills. Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a finance team. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
