The interface between early help and statutory work is managed well and children and families lives improve tangibly as a result of early help intervention. The Roles: We have the following posts available: East Cornwall : 1 x full time post in Caradon Early Help Team ( covering Liskeard, Loo, Saltash and Callington area’s) Mid Cornwall: Full time posts in Family Assessment & Support Teams (covering St Austell or Newquay & The Clays area’s) This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies. This position will be subject to an enhanced criminal record disclosure check. What you’ll need to succeed: We have opportunities for experienced Workers with a track record of effective intervention with children and young people. You will be able to evidence your learning and practice and how this has positively impacted on the lives of children. You will need to hold a JNC Qualification or equivalent in Youth and Community Work, or significant experience of delivering community based or targeted youth work and be willing to work towards the qualification.
