Join The Recruitment Co. at our well-established Bristol branch in central Bristol as a Recruitment Resourcer to support with resourcing for candidates using various methods to work within temporary industrial and commercial bookings for our clients.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Produce vacancy and booking profiles, adverts to achieve the highest response rate
2. Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline
3. Represent the Company at interviews, and briefings ensuring you work professionally and capture all relevant information
4. Management of worker files and records including registrations, uploading data to relevant systems and eligibility
5. Preparation and delivery of induction packs
6. Maintain documentation to ensure performance, audit and knowledge share
7. Develop, maintain and sustain full compliance and understanding to both legal and company frameworks promoting safe, consistent and compliant working practices throughout
8. Greet all visitors, candidates and clients
9. Communicate key information accurately and feedback promptly to relevant stakeholders
10. Check payroll and client specific reports and where necessary rectifying queries
