Head of Technical at Cobalt - Motivated IT professional, Team Leader & dedicated Tech Guy
Based in our offices in Skypark Exeter, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our support team. You will be trained to provide technical support to our customers for both sectors of the business by telephone and with direct contact.
The role will include but not be limited to:
1. Client repairs to include installation and configuration of computer/communication hardware systems and software
2. Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems via email, phone and face to face contact
3. Stock control
4. Answer and respond to incoming calls
5. Logging calls on the helpdesk
6. Responding to outstanding faults, queries and concerns in accordance with the time parameters set by the company
7. Taking ownership of problems and driving them to a successful conclusion
