Responsibilities include but limited to: Assist with general admin tasks, document management, and correspondence. Handle compliance and due diligence checks for new clients. Keep track of deadlines, manage schedules, and ensure efficient workflows. Assist with setting up new client accounts and ensuring all paperwork is completed. Help manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulations. Ideal Candidate: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. Prior experience in admin, bookkeeping, or working within an accountancy firm is a plus. Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance is desirable but not essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office, and cloud-based systems. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
