We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and driven Regional Director to oversee our Prime Central London Lettings offices.
Ideally, you will have worked in an area role previously, but if you believe you are ready for the next step from a managerial role in branch, we would still like to hear from you.

As a Regional Director, you will lead and oversee management of branches and colleagues within John D Wood & Co. You will work alongside the Sales Regional Director to create a fantastic culture for your teams. You will be responsible for delivering against performance and financial targets set, and your success will be delivered through engagement and collaboration amongst your teams, as well as strong results.

1. Acting as a brand ambassador at all times. You will lead by example, mentor, manage, and train your teams to be the best in the industry.
2. Supporting the company vision and contributing to the future direction of the business. Your role is to ensure your teams understand the strategic direction of the business and work to deliver excellent results.
3. Coaching, developing, and effectively managing all employees to ensure that performance is optimised across the board.
4. Overseeing all branches in the area, providing clear career paths for employees, and managing the P + L for the region.
5. Ensuring employee engagement is maximised through action planning, proactive recruitment, minimising attrition, and driving retention of your teams.
6. Managing, monitoring, and reporting on the area's performance against agreed key financial business indicators on the area's P&L and against set performance metrics to ensure delivery of income targets.
7. Taking appropriate action to support branches that require extra direction and managing overall performance effectively.
8. Growing market share significantly by adopting proactive working processes and identifying business growth opportunities.
