This individual will play a crucial role in managing and improving customer data, crafting customer engagement strategies, and driving marketing campaigns that foster long-term customer loyalty and maximise revenue. Sitting within the wider Customer Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for ideating propositions to deliver incremental value from the Boots customer base. The CRM Manager will work closely with marketing, trading, and IT teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategy by business unit to improve overall customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. • Lead and manage a team of CRM specialists, providing guidance and support for their development. • Oversee customer data management, segmentation, and targeted campaigns to enhance customer engagement and conversions. • Leverage automation to drive personalised customer interactions and lifecycle marketing. • Track and analyse CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive customer value. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ensure CRM outputs align with business unit goals. What you’ll need to have: • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, etc.) and marketing automation tools. • Analytical experience and ability to interpret customer data • Experience in cross-functional collaboration. • Strong project management skills • Ability to innovate in customer engagement strategies.
