Area to be covered: South West & Wales (Wales, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire)
Remuneration: £45,000 - £48,000 + £8,000 - £9,000 bonus

Role Overview: The role of the Regional Sales Manager Building Envelope & Roofing Products will involve:
1. Field sales position selling a high-quality manufactured range of thermal insulation, acoustic flooring, membranes, and gas protection products.
2. Engaging with a mixed route to market via architects, builders merchants, distributors, stockists, housebuilders, local authorities, housing associations, engineers, and contractors.
3. Dealing with order values ranging from £5k - £100k depending on size and scope.
4. Inheriting a successful territory.
5. Conducting regular CPDs.
6. Collaborating closely with the internal team and other members of the sales team.
Ideal Applicant: The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager Building Envelope & Roofing Products with:
1. Construction field sales experience selling building products.
2. Experience in building envelope related products is preferred.
3. Experience selling to merchants, distribution, and stockists or design & build contractors, authorities, housebuilders, main contractors, sub-contractors, civil contractors, and specifiers.
4. Able to communicate effectively at all levels from architects to contractors.
5. A genuine desire to learn and expand your career.
6. Numerate and IT literate, ideally with degree-level education.
7. A genuine hunger and desire to achieve goals with an analytical approach.
