Cambridge Real Estate are on the hunt for a full-time Office Administrator.
The position will start asap through to January 2026 but may have the opportunity to extend longer.
The position includes assistance with the day-to-day running and administration of the front desk and reception area.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactive & varied role requiring lots of initiative & self-management.
2. Work closely with all staff members to provide ongoing administrative support.
3. Prepare Market Appraisals.
4. Complete the process for new listings (Create flyers, window cards etc).
5. Process Sold/Withdrawn properties.
6. Answer the phones & greet clients.
7. Assist with rental enquiries that come through reception/phone in.
8. Liaise with purchasers & vendors as necessary.
9. Liaise with other real estate professionals including agents, solicitors, bankers, accountants & others as necessary.
10. Order stationary & signage as required.
11. Maintain discretion & confidentiality at all times.
Skills & Experience required:
1. Highly organised with good attention to detail.
2. Good all-round IT skills – Outlook, Word, Publisher, Excel, In-design & Facebook.
3. Fast, accurate typist.
4. Great interpersonal skills – friendly, confident, outgoing & professional.
