Position: Full or Part-Time (Flexible Hours)
Salary: Up to £26,190 per annum depending on the hours and experience
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant and dedicated team in the Surrey area! This permanent role offers flexibility, allowing you to work full-time or part-time based on your availability. If you have a love for early years education and a commitment to supporting children’s development, we would be thrilled to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day routines and activities within the nursery.
* Inspire and engage children’s development through a variety of creative activities, including arts and crafts.
* Contribute to planning and implementing learning experiences that cater to individual children’s needs.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children feel valued and secure.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere for both children and staff.
* Encourage children’s growth in all areas—physical, emotional, and social—through structured play and activities.
* Effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of care, even in demanding situations.
About You:
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
* Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with obtaining a new DBS if necessary).
* A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive difference in their development.
* Compassionate, open, and nurturing with an approachable, friendly manner.
* Enthusiastic about early years education and creative play-based activities.
* Able to manage a busy workload while staying calm under pressure.
* Flexible, adaptable, and a true team player.
