Are you an experienced Test Manager with extensive public sector experience? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team for an exciting 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
2. Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure robust end-to-end test coverage.
4. Oversee defect management, ensuring timely resolution and reporting to senior stakeholders.
5. Provide mentorship and guidance to the testing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Ensure compliance with public sector standards and regulations.
Key Requirements:
1. Extensive public sector experience is essential for this role.
2. Proven track record as a Test Manager in large-scale, complex environments.
3. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
4. Experience working within an Agile delivery framework.
5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Willingness to travel to Telford once a month.
Additional Information: This role is inside IR35, offering a competitive rate. It is primarily remote, with the requirement to attend on-site meetings in Telford once a month.
