Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist with a specialization in pediatric neuropsychology and/or neurodevelopmental disorders. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering online diagnostic services and therapy sessions for children and is eager to grow and develop professionally alongside us.
Responsibilities:
* Online Neuropsychological Assessments: Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations (both neuro- and psychopathological assessments) for children aged 4 to 12 years.
* Intervention Planning & Delivery: Develop individualized intervention plans and conduct online therapy sessions (sensorimotor and cognitive remediation) via our digital platform.
* Parent Consultations: Provide online consultations by explaining assessment results, detailing session content, and offering recommendations for further intervention.
* Documentation: Prepare written reports and session documentation.
* Additional Services: Deliver additional online assessments and sessions upon request.
Requirements:
* A degree in Clinical or Medical Psychology is required.
* Mandatory certification and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Membership in the British Psychological Society (BPS) is an advantage.
* Experience working with children who have complex neurodevelopmental challenges and organic pathologies, including Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, speech and language impairments, dyspraxia, Down syndrome, academic difficulties (dysgraphia, dyslexia, dyscalculia), and other related issues.
* Continuing professional development in neuropsychological assessment and intervention for children is welcome.
* Proficiency in modern therapeutic and developmental methodologies, with a willingness to learn new approaches.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment; strong decision-making and communication skills; and the capability to connect with both children and their parents.
* Preparedness to work in emotionally charged situations, where expressions of emotion such as crying, shouting, aggression, and tantrums may occur.
