The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape NHS Fife’s ambitious cultural development programme of work, and to bring to life our commitment to flourishing and thriving cultures, with our workforce at the heart of everything we do in serving the population of Fife.
We’re looking for an innovative individual with a solid background in leadership education and organisational development. You’ll be key to creating opportunities for leadership learning and development here in NHS Fife. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality services that supports our ambitions.
You will have experience working within a complex system like healthcare, with a proven track record of developing and delivering high quality, contemporary leadership development offers to a range of leaders working at different levels; as well as highly developed internal consultancy and contracting skills. Ultimately, your work will help NHS Fife to sustain and create healthy working culture(s) and help us to attract and retain a talented and committed workforce.

Flexible Location: Based in Fife, NHS Fife is a remote friendly, employer supporting office and hybrid working with offices available in Victoria Hospital, Lynebank Hospital and Fife House, Glenrothes.
Work Pattern: Permanent, Full-time.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
