We are looking for an experienced and driven M365 and IT Support Lead to join our Enterprise IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in M365 and End User Computing (EUC) management, coupled with proven leadership experience. This role requires someone with a demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic improvement initiatives, driving increased efficiency and effectiveness within the IT department.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to be in the office three days per week. However, full on-site presence will be required five days a week until the successful completion of the probationary period.
What you'll be doing
* Maintain and continuously improve the end-user experience at Bede.
* Manage access to company resources efficiently and securely.
* Provide day-to-day IT support, ensuring timely assistance for staff.
* Deliver exceptional support to colleagues, fostering a positive IT experience.
* Accurately document and track all incidents and user requests.
* Contribute to making Bede the best place to work by regularly updating and refreshing hardware.
* Oversee the organisation’s mobile phone provision.
* Collaborate effectively within the Enterprise IT team with flexibility and teamwork.
* Lead and manage IT projects from planning through execution.
* Assist with the triage and assignment of IT issues to ensure swift resolution.
* Serve as the escalation point for complex issues, offering guidance and expertise to the team.
* Perform any additional duties that align with the role’s responsibilities and business needs.
What we are looking for
* Windows 10, Mac OS X, iOS and Android installation and troubleshooting experience.
* Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP).
* Proven track record of delivering end-user, user applications.
* Experience with developing, implementing, and enforcing IT support policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Experience developing user guides and training materials for common IT tasks and applications.
* Powershell Knowledge

* JAMF Administration
* Experience of end user Windows and Mac Devices
* Awareness of device security policies
