Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers across various disciplines/teams, including mechanical, electrical, software, and process engineering.
Push and guide a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Production Coordination:
Oversee day-to-day production engineering activities, including documentation, and process improvement.
Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other key departments
Project Management:
Plan and manage engineering projects with a focus on meeting deadlines, maintaining quality, and ensuring reliability.
Monitor project progress, ensure thorough testing at every stage, and address issues proactively.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimisation and implement solutions that enhance productivity, documentation accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
Drive initiatives to improve product quality, reliability, and consistency.
Technical Oversight:
Provide technical expertise and support across all disciplines within the team.
