The Centre Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the centre while upholding high standards across all areas. This role involves managing day-to-day centre operations, delivering exceptional client service, and leading a diverse team. You will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive retention, promptly addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with the New Business team to support client onboarding and transitions.
You will lead team operations, delegate tasks, implement training programs, and ensure a positive work environment. Additionally, you will manage building operations, including CCTV and alarm systems, facility maintenance, health and safety compliance, and fire procedures.
The role also includes overseeing financial operations, preparing client invoices, managing petty cash, and ensuring effective budget control. A key aspect of the position is proficiency in IT and telecom systems, such as Avaya telephone programming and LAN setups, while also managing conference and meeting room services, ensuring top-notch customer experiences.
