Salary: £28,000- £32,000 base with aggressive commission structure

Reed are currently recruiting for a Business Development Representative for one of our Edinburgh based clients, a leading software company. You will be responsible for targeting business in an already lucrative region.
A typical day will include:
1. Make a large volume of outbound calls and emails to all current customers and partners to keep them up to date.
2. Reach out to customers who have moved away from the package for feedback.
3. Partner with Senior Account Manager/Team Lead with the business to manage large customers.
4. Provide superior customer service at all times.
5. Maintain accurate customer records, activity and pipeline reports within SalesForce.
6. Identify upsell opportunities.
7. Provide timely and accurate business forecasts based on your monthly & quarterly achievement.
8. Build and maintain consistent and reliable relationships with all customers and partners.
9. Receive cold leads from marketing activities.
