HR Administrator
Location: Hybrid working in Grangemouth
Contract: 6-month FTC
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible start times)
Salary: £27,000

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage HR communications and queries
* Assist with payroll and HR reporting
* Maintain HR data and records
* Coordinate training and provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle
* Ensure GDPR compliance and support HR projects
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar HR role and possess strong communication and organisational skills. You should have excellent attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
