We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our innovative and fast-paced business on a permanent basis. You will have a 'can do' attitude who can hit the ground running and be a successful contributor to a rapidly growing company.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be managing a portfolio of customers, building good relationships with them, and being reactive to issues before they become a problem. Providing excellent customer service should be a passion of yours, where you love to go the extra mile and take huge amounts of pride in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering second to none customer service to customers, dealing with a wide range of day-to-day queries around orders, products, and returns.
2. Communicating clearly and working closely with your Sales Manager.
3. Building and developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
4. Handling customer calls and emails in relation to orders, delivery, and general enquiries.
5. Order processing and fulfillment for assigned customers.
6. Processing customer returns.
