Our professional client is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support the HR Director, this role is a temporary role for approx. 3 months initially due to covering illness, this may get extended after this time.
The role will be a hybrid position, providing general HR Support, processing new starter information, and dealing with contracts as well as associated recruitment admin.
Job Description for the HR Officer
Completing Induction documentation and onboarding; working with other key departments as required
To have a proactive and confident approach to chasing of necessary hiring managers
Preparing HR documents for sign-off; drafting offer letters, and employment contracts using the software system
Ensure that all HR data is recorded accurately in a timely manner using the HR system
General HR duties such as dealing with Holidays, leavers, payroll-associated tasks, DBS checks, Right to work documentation, references, etc
Provide guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees on HR matters as required
Producing reports for management We require the HR Officer to have the following experience:
To have previous HR Officer experience
Experience using Cezanne software is desirable or experience using other HR software systems
Excellent numerical, written, and interpersonal skills
Organised individual, who is flexible to changing schedules and workloads
Professional approach who can prioritise workloads
Resilient and understanding of the requirements for confidentiality Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 Per Annum
