What you'll do
You will support the Client Services Team in managing key luxury hotel client accounts - both UK and internationally.
Your role will be working closely with the team to drive the success and delivery of our digital marketing programme, supporting clients with ongoing website maintenance and other services such as social media management and email marketing.
What you'll bring
[What You Do: key responsibilities which may include:]
* Work alongside Account Manager(s) to help manage client happiness and ongoing relationship success
* Support AM by inputting tasks and briefs into scheduling system
* Creation of comprehensive briefs for tasks added to scheduling system
* Working with the wider agency teams, including digital marketing, content, design, development and project management, to ensure tasks are completed to time, and to brief
* Planning and delivery of client promotional activity; working with the wider teams and AM to deliver these
* Assisting AM to take notes in both client and internal meetings
* Helping the AM to keep client account data up to date across relevant Journey systems
* Joining client calls and face to face meetings
* Assisting the team with minor website content management amends e.g. changing images
* Developing knowledge of digital marketing and the hospitality industry
[Technical Experience:]
* 1 yr+ Client or customer facing experience and account management
* Digital marketing foundation knowledge & hospitality experience and advantage (Google Analytics for Beginners course)
* IT savvy (ideally Mac)
