Denbies Wine Estate one of the largest vineyard in the UK is currently recruiting for an experienced and knowledgeable Restaurant Manager to head Denbies Restaurants. This will be a customer-facing line management role and to lead a dynamic team.
The Restaurant Manager will take overall accountability for the operation of Denbies Restaurants, including Health & Safety. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be working closely with the Catering Manager and Operations Manager to deliver high-quality service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for the Restaurants performance
* Analyse and plan restaurants sales levels profitability
* Meet and greet customers and take reservations.
* Knowledge of Food and Wine is essential.
* Maintain the standard of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
* Check stock levels and ordering supplies
* Managing and motivating staff
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* A positive can-do attitude
* Minimum of 4 GCSES including Maths and English
* Working towards a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership
* Experience in Restaurant Management is essential
* Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role is essential

This is a full time permanent role working 5 days out of 7, this will also include working evenings and weekends.
