The role:
To coordinate the day-to-day activities of the multi-disciplinary Recovery Team at Delamere, supporting the CEO and Registered Manager in coordinating and evolving Delamere’s programming and schedule structure. The primary aim of the role is to coordinate practitioners and their workload, in order that the recovery team can achieve exemplary outcomes through smooth program and 1-2-1 delivery.
Delamere’s Recovery Team Coordinator
Major accountabilities:
* Liaise with the Admissions Team and Registered Manager to assign incoming guests to a care team.
* Schedule all 1 to 1’s for a guest’s term of treatment.
* Ensure guest graduations, equine, reiki, family conferences, and family visits are scheduled and guests receive their schedules.
* Assign practitioners to facilitate groups using the relevant software.
* Write effective rosters and organise annual leave for the recovery team.
* Ensure that the recovery team has adequate time and resources to carry out their work to the highest standard.
* Ensure that the recovery team is organised and set up to guarantee a high-quality guest experience.
* Authorise annual leave requests in line with policy.
* Maintain, amend, and update the electronic schedule to accurately reflect the day's programming and stay ‘live’ with guest-facing communications.
* Organise graduate packs for discharging guests, re-arranging and communicating changes in guest 1-2-1 schedules.
* Work with the Registered Manager and People Team to schedule supervisions and annual appraisals for the Recovery Team.
* Maintain and supervise the Mail Chimp Alumni system, adding discharging guests and leading with drafting timebound mailshots and one-off communications.
* Perform reasonable administrative and operational tasks as required/requested by the Registered Manager.

Desirable skills, experience & qualifications:
* Consideration will be given to applicants with relevant experience and/or qualifications, particularly applicants with an undergraduate degree or above in (or related to) business management, IT, English, or social sciences.
* Must be competent with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Comfortable with researching and engaging with software programs that may improve the running of the department.
* Ability to teach and coach the team when implementing new systems or evolving existing ones.
* Effective organiser, administrator, and operator.
* Good interpersonal skills, including first-class written and verbal communication skills.

Contract: 40 hours per week £27,037.50
Shift pattern:
Delamere operates 7 days a week; therefore, the ability to be flexible is essential as weekend working may also be required.
