Description
The Property disputes Solicitor will pick up a range of work and responsibilities including;
* Managing a varied caseload of property disputes.
* Dealing with a range of claims from L & T disputes, telecoms disputes and more
* Acting for clients across a range of sectors including major telecoms operators
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Participate in business development activities
* Work closely with senior team members on high value disputes whilst maintaining your own caseload of smaller claims
Profile
The successful Property Disputes Solicitor should have:
* Around 0-2 years PQE
* Strong knowledge of property law and dispute resolution.
* Completed a seat in property disputes or recently qualified in this area
* Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
* Strong academics
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Offer
* An estimated salary range of £58000 - £65,000 per annum.
* Pension contribution of 5%.
