Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Liaising and reporting to the Project Director and Contracts Manager.
2. Coordinating with the team to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with client representatives.
4. Attending regular site meetings and effectively communicating project updates while tracking and resolving issues.
5. Reviewing tender enquiries and conducting tender analysis for projects.
6. Estimating and tendering for projects in collaboration with the Head Office team.
7. Negotiating new projects and fixed price agreements that are cost-effective.
8. Organizing and chairing pre-award meetings with new subcontractors.
9. Managing subcontract purchasing and monitoring on-site packages.
10. Tracking contra charges and notifying subcontractors accordingly.
11. Handling subcontractor re-measurement, interim and final account payments.
12. Processing fortnightly/monthly subcontractor payment certificates.
13. Compiling the variation log and signing off on variations with Project Quantity Surveyors.
14. Issuing interim payment applications and correlating payments received.
15. Preparing final accounts at the end of each project.
