Job Purpose & Contribution To The Organisation
Supporting the finance and HR function of the business providing a high level of service to our employees, customers and suppliers.
Role Accountabilities
1. Expenses & Credit Cards:
o Coding of weekly expenses and monthly credit card returns. Ensuring sufficient backup is provided and chasing where appropriate.
2. Vehicles:
o Maintaining up to date vehicle records in our systems.
o Order and maintain up to date fuel card records.
o Liaising with various parties to ensure smooth reallocation of vehicles.
o Damage deductions to be issued to HR Advisor for processing.
o Compliance license checking.
3. Contract Sales:
o Data input of applications to clients.
o Assisting with preparation for the annual audit.
4. Subcontract Ledger:
o Updating subcontractor insurances, self-bill agreements and records held in Evision.
o Monitor and update daily subcontractor order report in line with CIS & Domestic Reverse Charge VAT guidance.
o Review and post subcontract valuations and invoices on Evision, provide 1st line support as appropriate.
5. Training:
o Support the Training Advisor with general training administration.
