We have an opportunity for a Business Service Associate to join our team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Strong technology skills to ensure data is entered, analysed, managed, and used accurately and efficiently, including financial systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills with the ability to problem solve, analyse data, and communicate solutions.
* Ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve goals and encourage the contribution of all team members.
* Great communicator with different people at various levels.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Providing excellent customer service while managing a high level of enquiries.
Duties of this role include:
* Responsible for reducing debt through innovation while building key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure outstanding debt is settled within terms across a variety of accounts.
* Maintain the debt ledger, ensuring transactions are entered accurately and within SLA.
* Investigate complex accounts, analyse common trends, and identify solutions to prevent recurrence.
* Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Insurance Companies and NHS Integrated Care Boards.
* Manage a high volume of queries.
* Work across various areas of the Credit Control department.
* Comply with all relevant mandatory training.
* Resolve queries while on the telephone or raise them with the necessary department.
