We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Soft Services Manager to join our team at Raheen's state-of-the-art campus, and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in facilities management!
About the Role:
* Manage and coordinate the contracts soft services offer, including cleaning services, cleaning in cleanroom environments, catering, hospitality, and landscape maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
* Develop and implement service improvement strategies to maintain Sodexo's high standards.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations, supporting a zero-harm culture.
* Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
* Lead and motivate the teams, fostering a people-centric culture, promoting performance-based recognition and enhancing engagement.
* Conduct audits and performance reviews to ensure service excellence and compliance.
* Respond proactively to service requests and operational needs.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in soft services leadership, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial or highly regulated environment.
* Strong knowledge of facilities management, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
* Experience in budget management .
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment with a proactive approach to service improvements.
