Training & Development – Manage companywide HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and compliance tracking. Environmental & Sustainability – Lead initiatives in energy efficiency, sustainability, and chemical safety. Incident Management – Conduct accident investigations and reporting to ensure continuous improvement. What You Need: Level 8 Degree in Health & Safety with 5 years of experience Full, clean B Driving License. Experience in operations, maintenance, traffic management, or winter maintenance (an advantage). Strong communication and IT skills. Postgrad qualifications in environmental, energy, or sustainability disciplines (a plus).
