Job Description
One of the world’s leading data centre providers is looking to appoint a skilled Graphic Design Lead to support the business in expressing its brand and strategy across key internal and external communications. As part of a global organisation undergoing a brand evolution, this role will help bring to life newly developed guidelines and visual identity, supported by one of the industry’s most respected design agencies. The position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and plays a vital role in shaping how the business communicates with investors, stakeholders, and internal teams. This is a unique opportunity for a visual communicator with a strategic mindset and strong technical ability to influence mission-critical content. The successful candidate will be joining a high-performing, fast-paced environment with strong leadership and ambitious goals.
Reporting to senior business leaders, the Graphic Design Lead will take ownership of visual communications across investor decks, marketing collateral, and internal messaging. The role will involve translating complex data and business concepts into clear, engaging visuals using a range of tools and formats. There is a particular emphasis on narrative development through graphics, and the designer will be expected to think critically about content as well as design. Templates and documentation standards across PowerPoint, Word, and other business packages will form a core part of the remit, and there is scope to develop motion graphics and explore two-dimensional formats further. The designer will work across multiple departments and regions, acting as a central resource in driving visual consistency and clarity across the brand.
The successful candidate will bring at least five years' experience working in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of business-focused work. A background in designing for business audiences is essential, particularly in handling economic or corporate data, business storytelling, and visually-led strategy communication. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to manage pressure and deliver to tight deadlines. A degree in design or a related subject would be advantageous, and an interest in motion graphics or multimedia content is also welcomed. This role would suit someone highly motivated, detail-oriented, and keen to work at the heart of a global business.
