Payroll and Administrator
Your newpanyA well-known food manufacturer in the Stirling area is working with Hays to find a candidate who will join them as a Payroll and Pension Co-ordinator. This individual will join the team on a permanent contract. The position is an office based on the hours of work. It will be Monday to Friday, am to pm with flexible work.
On-site parking is available with great public transport links.Your new roleIn your new role you will be responsible for; end to end payroll, monthly payroll runs, analysing data, checking for variances, performing reports back to management, bank journals, reconciliation of payroll accounts, administration of year-end returns and making payments to third parties. Deal with sundry payroll matters such as p45/p60. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in the role, you will have relevant experience in a similar role within payroll and be a proficient user of Excel. You will also be able to work to tight deadlines on your own and as part of a team. You will be experienced at running both weekly and monthly payrolls. All applicants must have the UK right to work.
