Our client needs extra help until the end of January possibly longer.
Working as part of the Security and Transport teams within the Estates & Facilities Directorate, you will provide a professional and efficient administrative service to both teams and to the community. The focus of the role is support for parking permit procedures, providing advice to staff and visitors on travel options, and financial processing. You will support the Transport and Events Manager in the communication and promotion of the Transport Plan.
The role also includes general administrative tasks such as diary management and records management. The post is customer-facing and therefore you will be required to work on site.
