You will help shape the future of their Maturation Operational Technology and you must be able to articulate communications to effect change Operational Technology community. In this role, you will bring a strong understanding of the OT environment, including systems, software, and plant operations, supported by experience in a controls environment. You will have the ability to manage projects effectively while driving improvements in control systems. Strong stakeholder management skills and a strategic mindset are essential, as you will be responsible for developing and implementing an OT strategy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to shape the role, embedding a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organisation. Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of the OT strategy at the site levelDrive the digitalisation and automation agenda for site operationsOversee Management of Change processes within OT systemsHandle Industrial Data Models and support capital projectsLead Cyber Security Lifecycle Management following IEC 62443 standardsOversee third-party support contracts and secure remote accessProvide continuous threat detection and incident response technical supportEnsure the integrity of OT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity PlansCollaborate with site management teams on OT standard processesSupport the integration of SMART Factory Industry 4.0 initiativesYou will have: Process Control Systems Engineering and Automation expertiseProficiency in SCADA, PLC, HMI, and Industrial NetworksExperience in Industry 4.0 and IIOT technologiesExperience with Cyber Security methodologies (IEC 62443) and Engineering Safety Systems (IEC 61508)Strong understanding of IT/OT NetworkingInterested?
