Job Title: Business Development Manager - Golf Lodge Development (Commission-Based)

Primary Focus - Golf Lodge Development:
1. Drive the expansion of BiG Golf Lodge network. Target to secure orders for 4-6 lodges per month.
2. Manage relationships with golf courses for lodge placements.
3. Coordinate with courses on managed services implementation.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Develop partnerships with golf courses across the UK.
2. Sell GolfRider e-Scooter fleet solutions as a secondary product.
3. Cross-sell golf tours and retreat packages.
4. Support Advisory Council growth.
Commission Structure:
Primary (Lodge Focus):
1. £1,500 commission per successful lodge placement.
2. 5% of ongoing lodge revenue.
3. Quarterly bonuses for hitting lodge placement targets.
Secondary Revenue Streams:
1. 5% of golf tour/retreat bookings.
2. 5% of GolfRider sales.
3. 20% of Advisory Council member fees.
Required Qualifications:
1. Property development or hospitality sales experience.
2. Strong network within UK golf industry.
3. Experience in high-value B2B sales (£20k+ deals).
4. Understanding of leisure property management.
5. Valid driving license for site visits.
KPIs:
1. Number of lodge placements (primary KPI).
