The Opportunity Join Aggregate Industries as an Internal Sales Representative at Maxi RMX in Leicester, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships. This role focuses on managing key accounts, generating leads, and promoting our innovative product range, including Ecopact, our Low Carbon concrete. Build and maintain relationships with customers, using our CRM system, Salesforce, to manage interactions and track leads. Drive sales in the Concrete 2 You market and expand the Mini mix customer base. Promote and sell our Performance Products, including the Ecopact Low Carbon range, meeting customer needs and enhancing sales performance. Identify, track, and close out projects within the designated geography, ensuring all activities are logged in Salesforce. Prepare quotes and contracts, ensuring timely and accurate completion to support business growth. Who You Are You’re a motivated and proactive Internal Sales Representative with a passion for customer service and sales. Your ability to build relationships and drive business development makes you a key player in any sales team. Proven sales experience, ideally with a background in the construction materials industry, and familiarity with CRM management, particularly Salesforce. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to gather information, ask insightful questions, and deliver tailored solutions. IT literate, competent in E1, and proficient in using mobile technology and standard software such as Word and Excel. Positive attitude, self-motivated, with a structured approach to planning and delivering on sales targets.
