The ideal candidate must be degree educated in Law/Legal related subject, will be passionate to learn and develop their skills, be able to multi-task and enjoy working on new challenges. Responsibilities Support with reviewing, drafting and preparing contracts and documents. Conducting legal research. Providing transactional support for certain projects and matters. Supporting various company secretarial activities and development of legal policies and procedures for the Group and its operations. Assisting with various legal regulatory compliance matters to safeguard the business and support decision making. Producing accurate and timely legal reports to the Head of Legal. Qualifications Strong academics including degree or equivalent qualification in Law. LPC desirable.
