Salary: Up to £41,000 plus benefits
Location: Hereford, HR2 6JX
Role Overview
This is a technical role requiring a background in refrigeration, mechanical, and/or electrical engineering. As a Technical Support Manager, your responsibilities include supporting key accounts, managing service support and service desk operations across all business areas, and ensuring reactive and planned works are completed and documented within SLA guidelines.
You will also organize and deliver equipment training to service partners and manage specific equipment parts support for the company.
Requirements
* Experience in a service environment, providing high-level customer support
* Technical background in refrigeration, mechanical, or electrical engineering
* Ability to manage projects and support teams effectively
Additional Details
This role is predominantly office-based with some weekend support required (1 weekend out of 4).
