Who are we? We're a small, yet ambitious charity on a mission to empower individuals to overcome personal and financial challenges that hold them back from achieving their potential. Through our grant programme and projects like Working Wardrobe, we provide job seekers with financial support, free, high-quality workwear and the confidence to succeed in their careers. Together, we're tackling employment inequality, boosting confidence, and reducing clothing waste-creating a brighter, more inclusive future. Why join us? As a Trustee, you will: Use your expertise to guide our strategy and governance. Work with passionate, like-minded individuals who share your drive for positive change. Help us expand projects like Working Wardrobe, providing opportunities and empowerment to job seekers across Wales. Further develop leadership skills while making a lasting impact in your community. Attend quarterly meetings (online or in-person) and commit to occasional pro-bono support. Use your network to advocate for the Moxie Foundation. What we're looking for in a Trustee: We're looking for individuals with skills in: ✔️ Governance ✔️ Finance/Accountancy ✔️ HR ✔️ Fundraising ✔️ Employability ✔️ Social Value ✔️ Legal Experience in the charity, education, retail/clothing or housing sectors, would be beneficial, but not essential. Most importantly, we're looking for people who share our values of Respect, Equality, Sustainability, Personalisation, Empowerment, Collaboration, and Training. Ready to make a difference?
