Main Responsibilities
1. Support senior colleagues by providing information to the Marketing Controller and local functions for defining volumes and sales value budgets.
2. Assist in managing costs related to advertising, promotion, research, and market analysis.
3. Involve in consumer and shopper understanding activities, including competition analysis and store checks.
4. Perform market analysis to support positioning relative to competitors’ actions.
5. Deliver tactical launches and relaunches for the brand, adhering to the gate process.
6. Lead or support briefing design and repro agencies for artworks.
7. Manage the master and final artworks processes and approvals.
8. Support the marketing budget management, including PO raising and tracking spend.
9. Implement advertising strategies received from the Marketing Controller.
10. Support assessment and analysis of communication results and impacts.
11. Support senior colleagues in conventional and digital media planning.
12. Lead and support material development activities for promotions.
13. Assist in defining and implementing promotion setups with Trade Marketing.
14. Provide assessments of promotions and sponsorships for evaluations.
15. Cooperate with the Legal department for setting up promotions and contracts.
16. Support periodic alignment with Sales Force and Trade Marketing for project evaluations.
17. Monitor and follow up on sales and consumer KPIs, defining action plans.
18. Participate in studies dealing with operational issues and analyze results.
