We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our large case management team and are looking for:

In the role of Case Service Officer in garden waste/building maintenance, you will be:
* Responding daily to email inquiries from garden waste customers and handling building maintenance inquiries.
* Managing queues and prioritizing daily activities.
* Understanding the contract area of work and building maintenance in Housing.
* Receiving phone calls from customers having difficulties with their registration of garden waste.
* Triaging repair requests from tenants/stakeholders/caretakers and instructing contractors as necessary.
* Liaising with site contacts and contractors to arrange site visits and follow up on outstanding works, ensuring trackers are kept up to date to monitor contractors' performance.
Working Pattern:
* 37 hours a week.
* Working Monday to Friday, office hours 8:30 – 17:00.
* Hybrid working team: some days in the office and some at home. Training will occur in the office.
* This is a permanent contract.
Requirements for the Role:
* Processing information and decision-making in line with policy.
* Attention to detail, questioning thought process, and seeing things through.
* Effective team working experience and ability to recognize work priorities.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and colleagues, using correct spellings and grammar.
* Due to the nature of this role, a DBS check is required.
