Make a difference as a Watersports Manager
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, fun, and safe guest experiences? Little Canada is PGL’s largest watersports operation and is an RYA recognised training centre. We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to take responsibility for the performance of our watersports activities, both on and off-site.
In this role, you’ll take ultimate ownership and act as the expert consultant for specialist water sport activities and ensure our Guest Experience team is fully equipped with the training, skills, and competencies needed to cater to all guests, including those with additional needs. You’ll play a key part in maximizing the quality and enjoyment of activities while managing associated risks and gathering valuable guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Is this you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience in implementing relevant activity training and performance monitoring, ensuring that watersports activities are delivered to the highest standards. A strong background in delivering high-quality training for activities is essential, as you’ll be responsible for equipping team members with the necessary skills and competencies.
We’re looking for candidates who hold a BWSW Ski Boat Driver Level 2 qualification or higher and are a RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor. Experience working with children and young adults is also crucial, as you’ll be engaging with a diverse range of guests. A full UK driving licence is required for this role, and the ability to tow a trailer (D1E preferable) would be highly beneficial.
