HR Advisor Reference: J86311 Venn Group are delighted to have partnered with one of our highly-regarded public sector clients to source an experienced and personable HR professional for the following opportunity: Location: Norwich (hybrid working) Contract: 9 months fixed term Salary: £44,950 per annum pro rata Hours: 30 hours per week Your duties will include: Supporting organisational change initiatives, advising managers on the consultation process and undertaking individual interviews. This will include advising on TUPE transfers Providing professional HR advice to all levels of managers across the full range of employee relations issues including grievance, discipline, capability, absence, performance management, redeployment, and dignity at work Advising and supporting the organisation in the interpretation and application of terms and conditions of service, employment law and Human Resources policy and procedures Working closely with key stakeholders to support them through the TUPE process, ensuring all changes are communicated effectively and any risks are mitigated Coaching, supporting and advising managers during investigations in relation to all aspects of employment practices Autonomously managing individual employee relations cases, adhering to broad organisational HR policies and legislation Maintaining a constructive relationship and partnership working with staff side representatives and Trade Unions and professional representatives The successful candidate should have: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience Prior TUPE experience (desirable) Proven generalist HR experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Please note, you must be willing and able to travel to Norwich on a weekly basis for this particular role.
