The role The firm are looking for a Commercial Associate / Senior Associate 2-8 PQE to join their flourishing Manchester office in the heart of the City. You will work closely with the Managing Partner of the firm within the Commercial team, and be supported more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team. You will work alongside industry leaders and will deal with all types of commercial agreements, ranging from trading agreements, complex major projects, IP and IT-related agreements, compliance, data protection, outsourcing and joint ventures. The team advise on all commercial agreements, including in relation to manufacturing, supply and procurement of goods and services, distribution (whether through agents, distributors or resellers), outsourcing, and joint ventures. This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm likes to push their lawyers with a view succession planning and are keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers.
