SEN Teaching Assistant 1:1 Role Immediate Start At Long-Term Teachers, we're on the hunt for vibrant, confident, and enthusiastic individuals to fill a variety of fantastic roles across Gloucetsershire. We're particularly interested in SEN teaching assistants who are comfortable and experienced in 1:1 roles, and are adept at supporting pupils, in mainstream Primary settings, with behavioural or complex needs. Role Requirements: As a SEN TA, it's beneficial (though not compulsory) to have experience in SEN/SEMH and/or pastoral care. It's crucial that candidates applying for this role have a solid understanding of behavioural management and any other additional SEN/SEMH requirements.
