Our client, a leading organisation in the membership industry, is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Coordinator to join their team for a temporary three-month role. Position Details:
* Sector: Membership/Not-for-profit Industry
* Contract Type: Temporary, 3 months
* Hourly Rate: £22-£25
* Working Pattern: Full Time, Hybrid
* Location: Closest stations are Holborn & Chancery Lane
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound queries regarding partnerships and exhibitions.
* Re-engage with previous partners to secure repeat collaborations.
* Convert warm leads provided by internal stakeholders into confirmed partnership agreements.
* Manage the invoicing process for partnership and exhibition activities.
* Follow up with partners to ensure timely payment of invoices.
* Handle contract administration using Adobe Sign.
* Conduct feedback surveys with partners to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.
* Maintain internal spreadsheets to track the partnership pipeline.
* Organize and manage data related to partnership activities.
* Support the management of the overall sales pipeline.
* Collaborate with team members to seamlessly hand over secured agreements for delivery.
Key Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and secure agreements.
* Ideally, experience in charity, not-for-profit, or membership organisations.
* Ability to manage warm leads and convert them into confirmed agreements.
* Strong track record in securing repeat business.
* Confident in leading meetings and negotiating agreements with potential partners.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships.
