At Freedman International, we are the international advertising campaign experts and are seeking an exceptional Creative/Production Operations Lead to spearhead operational excellence and innovation initiatives. This key role will drive continuous improvement across our project management processes and lead a talented team of technology and process innovators. As a key member of our Operations Team, you'll report directly to the COO and play a crucial role in optimising our tech stack and advancing our AI capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Improvement and Innovation
* Spearhead the continuous enhancement of our project management processes, leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
* Lead the charge in optimising our tech stack, with a focus on key platforms such as Monday.com, Paprika, Wordbee, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Pioneer AI testing and implementation initiatives, identifying and capitalising on opportunities for AI integration across our diverse workflows.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Project Management
* Orchestrate seamless collaboration between client management, project management, finance, and creative teams, ensuring the smooth execution of cross-functional projects.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to align technology initiatives with overarching business objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Technology Leadership
* Take ownership of the Monday.com development and delivery cycle, ensuring it’s optimal utilisation across the business.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously evaluating and recommending updates to our tech stack to maintain our competitive edge.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Technical Proficiency
* Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, with a proven track record of analysing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing optimisations to streamline operations.
* Strong background in workflow management, including experience in implementing tools and systems to enhance collaboration and productivity.
* Indepth knowledge of creative technologies, with a passion for investigating, testing, and implementing cutting-edge tools in the creative industry.
Data and Analytics
* Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to track key performance indicators, create insightful reports, and demonstrate the ROI of improvement initiatives.
Leadership and Communication
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between internal teams and align stakeholders on project goals, plans, and responsibilities.
* Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to build and manage high-performing teams of tech and process innovators.
Knowledge Management and Training
* Expertise in knowledge management, including the creation of comprehensive documentation for best practices, templates, guidelines, and standards.
* Experience in developing and implementing training plans to enhance team capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
