You will play a key role in handling transactions efficiently, ensuring excellent client care, and keeping case files organised. Full Time Office based- 9am-5pm Up to £30,000 depending on experience Close to local transport networks Development & training opportunities Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day running of a caseload with support from fee earners and the head of department Handling client communications via phone and email Using a case management system effectively Conducting legal research as required Liaising with the Land Registry, HMRC, and other relevant bodies Carrying out general office administration duties What We’re Looking For At least one year of experience in a conveyancing role Strong administrative and organisational skills The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues A keen eye for detail to ensure case files are maintained accurately This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and professional legal environment.
