We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager covering all Global Business Units (GBU’s), Support Functions and sites (x4) across UK & Ireland. The role will lead and deliver the Reward and Performance strategy across the UKIE region, which:
* Reflects the compensation and reward philosophy of Sanofi.
* Ensures we remain competitive within the relevant market.
* Meets an appropriate level of cost and risk management for the company and its employees.
* Offers appropriate levels of flexibility to employees.
* Is fully understood and valued by employees.
* Drives differentiation of reward on the basis of performance and recognition.
The successful candidate will drive innovative reward programs that attract, retain, and engage employees while ensuring compliance with legislative updates and governance frameworks. Main Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy & Transformation Support
* Develop and oversee UKIE reward strategy, ensuring compliance with tax and employment laws.
* Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to maintain competitive pay structures.
* Conduct impact analyses and implement retention strategies during transitions.
Annual Performance & Compensation Review Process
* Manage compensation review processes, aligning pay with performance and market data.
* Lead pay equity analysis, budget planning, and calibration sessions with leadership.
Reward Initiatives
* Manage compensation review processes, aligning pay with performance and market data.

Job Evaluation & Grading
* Maintain job evaluation frameworks, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
* Benchmark roles against market data and provide training on job evaluation principles.
Compliance & Benefits
* Ensure compliance with pay regulations, tax laws, and share scheme governance.
* Manage flexible benefits, share plans, and company car policies for efficiency and engagement.
Analytics & Stakeholder Management
* Provide data-driven insights on reward trends and pay positioning.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, managing vendor relationships and aligning policies globally.
About you
Skills and experience we are looking for:
* Proven experience in a Reward or Compensation & Benefits role, ideally covering UK & Ireland.
* Strong expertise in reward strategy, salary structures, incentive schemes, share plans, flexible benefits schemes and fleet management.
* Deep understanding of UK & Irish employment law, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Experience with HRIS, compensation benchmarking tools, and equity plan administration.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with an ability to effectively convey information and ideas, ensuring clear understanding among employees and management.
* Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and proven ability to manipulate large amounts of complex data.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
* Experience in Power BI and AI tools preferred.
