We are recruiting an ER Administration Assistant to join our team based in Salford, Manchester. As a ER Administration Assistant, you will manage data sharing between sites and central teams, ensuring timely responses and tracking submissions. You’ll follow up on outstanding data, update trackers, and generate progress reports for stakeholders.The role involves escalating issues to ER Advisors, producing and distributing communications such as letters and mail merges, and reviewing data from tools like Microsoft Forms.Additionally, you will support business queries using FAQs and other resources while liaising with Subject Matter Experts for complex inquiries.
